What is the Relocation Programme?
Lyncare has provided the Relocation Programme to customers such as, the Health Service Executive, private hospital groups, charities, community programmes, and more, in Ireland since 2007. It is a managed service where the idea of the programme is to maximise usage of the specialist equipment owned by our customers, by moving this specialist equipment amongst the customer clients (end users) for a predefined period of time. All specialist equipment assigned to the Relocation Programme remains the property of the customer; we help you look after it and maximise its use.
How does the Relocation Programme work?
Lyncare store all the customer specialist equipment ready for use when instructed. The customer provides Lyncare with list of clients that require each piece. Lyncare pre-arrange all deliveries and provide on-site installation and instruction. On completion of the relocation loan period Lyncare arrange the collection of the specialist equipment, fully decontaminate the item(s), service/repair the item as required, and store it again until next required. At all times, the customer has access, through our online portal, to see the location and status of each item.
