Clinical Support Executive
Lyncare is a leading supplier of specialised therapy solutions in Ireland. We supply medical devices to the HSE in both the Acute and Community sectors, Private Hospitals, Private Practice and private individuals.
Lyncare is now seeking a Clinical Support Executive to support their business. This is an exciting role for an individual already working in the Healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be living within commuting distance of our offices in Birdhill, Co Tipperary, but the role involves nationwide travel to multiple customer sites. The successful candidate will be Customer Service focused, diligent in their work, have the ability to work unsupervised and on their own initiative. They will be interested in new technology and its use in rehabilitation. They will also have a big influence on selecting new products to add to our range and developing routes to market for these by providing demonstrations, training and practical workshops.
Role Requirements
In order to best promote our new and existing product range, we are now seeking a clinical support executive that can clinically assess clients for their suitability to our products. This will involve working with the client’s own clinician and finding the best product to suit the client’s requirements.
The role is a nationwide role where full product training and on-going support will be given by our specialist sales team but also directly by our network of manufacturers and suppliers.
Lyncare distributes a number of Physio/OT products where we wish to enhance the sales process by providing in-service training days to customers and their clients. The successful candidate will also have exposure to more traditional products within our range while bringing a different angle to achieving sales by providing practical workshops, clinical assessments and product in-service training days. Future plans include bringing new technology, concepts and treatments to the Irish market to establish Lyncare not only as the leading provider of equipment but a champion of change and new product introduction.
The ideal candidate should be:
- Chartered Physiotherapist
- Experienced in a Neuro Physio role but not essential for the right candidate
- Commercially aware and customer service focused, and most importantly be a believer in the product portfolio in order to become a product champion for our range.
- Good emotional intelligence skills
We envisage the new team member as being able to speak peer to peer with customers in a professional capacity promoting the correct use of our products and providing clinical support to customers. They need to be commercially aware of the importance of their role but Lyncare has an established sales team that will support product sales.
