    MOTOmed viva2 Parkinson leg trainer

    Product Code: B1-2003

This version of the MOTOmed has been developed to specifically cater for those persons afflicted by Parkinson’s disease.  Various training programs are incorporated in the software and can be adapted to suit individual requirements.

Movement therapy at high speed (90rpm) has been found to reduce the negative effects of Parkinson’s.  The Viva-2 Parkinson can be used with the training analysis program (SAM-2). At the end of each daily training session the Viva-2 displays a performance analysis and this data can be transfered to a computer by means of a ‘chip-card’. The results of the training sessions over a period of time can be displayed and analysed

    Operating Modes:

    • passive training for lower limbs (the user’s legs are moved by the motor)
