The PressureGuard CFT mattress in a non-powered dynamic mattress. It uses patented Constant Force Technology to automatically adjust its internal air cell network to ensure the optimum therapeutic levels for each user, without the need for an external electric pump.

When the user moves on the mattress the air inside the mattress flows between the air cells and the elasticized reservoirs thus absorbing displaced air to accommodate the weight of the user on the mattress. This provides customized pressure relief for the user regardless of their weight or position.
